To use our Service, you must be at least 16 years of age. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

CodeArchitect.ai provides a web application that generates comprehensive project documentation based on user inputs such as app name, description, and feature requirements. Our Service leverages artificial intelligence models to create various types of documentation, including but not limited to, frontend blueprints, backend frameworks, and project specifications.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content

By submitting content (such as app descriptions, feature requirements, or project specifications) to our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, and publish such content solely for the purpose of providing our Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, consents, and permissions to submit such content, and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CodeArchitect.ai and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice and without liability, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be stricken and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CodeArchitect.ai regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.
